Earning Potential:   Salary will commensurate with industry standard/experience. Centroid offers an uncapped commission plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating/fostering business leads to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth
  • Executing on direct Business Development programs (Telemarketing, contact management, demand generation programs, etc.)
  • Developing and executing a Business Development and Sales Strategy for defined territories
  • Support Regional Marketing Programs for brand development, market awareness, market positioning and market demand generation involving media, analysts and active participation in the IT community by our technical consultants
  • Proposal review and proposal delivery (written and oral participation with engagement team)
  • Attend Oracle focused user group events and conferences to identify leads and build brand eminence
  • Develop working relationships with Oracle sales representatives and client C-level decision makers
  • Qualify leads and manage open opportunities
  • Support Pursuit Team in developing proposals and close sales
  • Develop, nurture, and manage Centroid¹s sales pipeline
  • Ensure marketing projects & programs are aligned with Centroid’s brand

Requires Skills/Experience:

  • Must have previous experience successfully selling Oracle Products and/or Services
  • Established Oracle client-base or pipeline
  • Focused; ability to listen to prospects and provide a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with practices throughout sales pursuits. 
  • Experience working with a CRM, preferably Sales Force
  • Demonstrated experience meeting sales and revenue quotas
  • An excellent communicator: verbal and written; strong presentation skills
