About the Role:
This role is directly responsible for finding and hiring our most precious commodity, our employees. This role is part of the Delivery Team, who is charged with ensuring that we have the most qualified associates providing the best service to our customers. The main focus of this role is technical recruitment, but it will also include involvement in HR related projects and tasks.
Location: Hyderabad Office
Requirements
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Recruitment, Selection and hiring of Centroid employees and or contractors.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment and selection process including identifying selection criteria; screening applications; scheduling interviews with the hiring team
• Making job offers and preparing and sending out the offer package.
• Providing updates on recruitment activity to HR Manager and hiring managers.
• Support the management team in planning efforts related to staffing levels and requirements, ability to maintain a pipeline of candidates.
• Regularly update the ATS system through all stages of the recruitment process.
• Works with the management team to gather requirements and understand each job role
• Assists with recruitment strategies and suggests creative ways to reach new candidates
Other HR Support Activities:
• Participate in and support Human Resources projects.
• Participate in Onboarding and Offboarding activities.
• Develop, maintain, and update job descriptions on a periodic basis.
• Support the management of resources with regards to allocating time based on assignments within our time tracking system.
• Assisting with drafting and formatting consultant resumes for client assignment opportunities
Requirements:
• 8 plus years+ of experience in full cycle recruiting in a technical industry
• Familiarity with using tools of the trade: ATS systems, LinkedIn, social media, souring tools etc.
• MUST have some experience with the recruitment of Oracle professionals (Oracle EBS, Oracle DBA's, Oracle Functional consultants, and Oracle EBS developers etc..).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Exceptional networking, relationship building and organizational skills.
• Possesses a desire to become part of a delivery team in the support of growing an exceptional workforce.
Preferred Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma is preferred.
